It doesn't seem like the evade was intentional. However, since you're proceeding with the report and Lederhos also permitted you to report due to the inconvenience caused by the pause, I'll be issuing a warning to Marson for death evading.
Considering Lederhos would not have secured the kill if Marson had moved after resuming, and the loss is minimal, a warning should be sufficient. If Marson had deliberately avoided the kill, it would've resulted in a 3-day ban.
