Reason of reporting:Using RPG at extremely close range (less than 3 meters), which is clearly against the server rules requiring a minimum distance of 25 meters for RPG usage.

The video clearly shows that the player "shiter" fired an RPG at me from a dangerously close distance (under 3 meters), which led to an unfair kill. This is a direct violation of the server's weapon usage rules. I kindly request that appropriate action be taken to ensure fair play is maintained.
