I was killed by the player Ellishia near the Hydra's spawning location.
This was part of my attempt to stop him from using the Hydra.
One I spawned, I rushed to use the RPG on his Hydra.
Nashai, in a very foul manner, got close to me quickly on purpose so he would get hit by my RPG as well. You can see it in my vid.
The video shows me ignoring Nashai completely - I was aiming at the Hydra. Moreover, I was unaware of Nashai's proximity to me - despite the fact he got close to me on purpose so he can have fun banning me for no reason.
My RPG shot that accidentally hit him due to his actions knocked him down, but didn't kill him. Obviously I didn't kill him with another shot as I respect the rules of the server.
Also, it is worth noting Signature's own decision in a report I've made a while ago.

On this report, I reported a player for CR RPG, but the player did not kill me with his RPG - I was just knocked down by the blast.
On this incident, the player intentionally tried to kill me with his RPG.
Signuatre declined my report by saying, and I quote:
"You are not damaged by his Rpg.
Denied."
To conclude, what do we have here?
1. There was no CR RPG on any player leading to their death. As per Signature, this act isn't sufficient for RPG ban.
2. Nashai, an admin on this server, doing his best to frame me for CR RPG by getting closer to me, despite the fact I'm unaware of him as I had just spawned, and my RPG was not aimed towards him at all (you can check ac echo, he was glad he managed to pull of this trick).
Therefore, I request removing this unjust RPG ban.

You are habitual close range rule breaker, So you need to be very careful about using rpg.
In your report which I denied you can see you haven't got even a single Hp damage (I didn't mentioned killed by I said damaged by) while in this ban that is not the case you have shot nshai with your rpg and he got 40 to 50% damage and instead of apology you are blaming him for his decision like you do every time.
Learn to accept your mistakes.
I demand another admin to provide their input.
The following are facts that need to be addressed:
1. In this incident, I had just spawned and immediately ran towards the Hydra I was trying to RPG in order to stop the other player.
2. I didn't see Nashai at any moment. He wasn't even in my line of sight.
3. I didn't aim my RPG at Nashai's direction at all (like I said, I didn't see him or care to RPG him).
4. Nashai can be seen getting closer (only on the map as he's not in my field of view) to me quickly on purpose.
5. If his goal was to kill me, he could have done it easily without getting so close to me. His real intention was able to ban me using his foul actions).
Hello VC_PD, Nashai was the original admin who banned you. Hence, the final decision regarding your unban request rests with him. While the rest of the admins may provide input or share their opinions, the authority to reverse or uphold the ban lies solely with Nashai.
However, if you feel that you are banned unjustly, then you are welcome to make an admin report. The management will review the report made and then give a conclusive decision.
Since this is unban appeal, it will be dealt by Nashai.

Nashai can't be an unbiased admin in this case as my claim is that his actions were foul and done on purpose (so I would get banned). Any admin can view the video and see there was no intentional CR RPG on Nashai (and see his shady behavior in order to get hit by my RPG).

A professional and unbiased admin wouldn't be so happy and cheerful when banning a player.
He was LOOKING for a chance to frame me.
Therefore,
I need another skilled admin, like you Umar for example, to provide their input.
Even if you hit me by mistake you clearly committed a CR on the other player on purpose
