Hey Frewp, there seems to be a bit of confusion, so let me clarify things. Evading with friends is only punishable if one of those friends directly reports you, in that case, we are required to take action. Similarly, if you're being chased by both a friend and another player, and you evade in a way that affects the second player, they are allowed to report you even if your friend does not. That said, when it comes to low-severity rule violations, we do not accept reports unless the affected party explicitly wants action taken.
