This is my fault
You was on the roof I didn't know you were close even the difference was just 2m (**maximum** = 23m / **my kill **= 21m
You had your first shot (also from close range) which was sufficient for you to evaluate the distance to me.
But you just couldn't stop and hit me with the 2nd RPG in close range.
Also, minimum range is for RPG usage is 24 meters. Therefore you are a full 3 meters away from that minimum.
FYI
From my experience, admins don't care about how close was the CR RPG to the required distance.
Yeah I fired two shot bcz i thought that theres at least 24 meters between us
