Extra : There are three parts in the video.
After going through the evidence, it is concluded that this incident is not a teleport hack but it occurred by pausing the game.
As you can notice that on a certain time, I234's vehicle is no longer making turns on its own but rather going in a straight line (as happens when someone pauses the game or gets timed out while performing an action such as running or driving) until or unless you hit his car with your car and when he returns to the game he in your POV teleports back to the position where he supposedly paused his game.
In Clip-3 you can notice at 3:00 his car is no long making any turns but only moving in a straight line until his car hits the barricade between road and the pedestrian lane.
Same thing you can notice in other clips as well.
Hence the report has been DENIED.
