Are u replying guys? Even if a donator(RT) used hacks, he would get a ban like others
keep in mind the upcoming notes:
Jitter(Even if both sides) = Intermittent-Annoying teleports
Speed Hack = smooth-fast movements (Saitama xd) // like in video
Packetloss = Timeout Effect with very few teleports
I am saying this because I usually experience lag, but in the video, the speed hack is obviously suspicious.

If it was only the (2:08) moment which is the first scene I saw, I would've said its lag, but I soon after saw many moments in which he smoothly moved fast.
