Where are his pings, Fps and jitters and yours too?

I was dueling against him and he couldn't receive damage I reported him using /report and his ID he's very rare player you make perfect shoot on him and he doesn't receive the damage but as this server is the same with admins everytime protecting asian players specially pakis hive mentality garbage administration.

Everything is clear in his POV this actually happened due to network issue. Report is therefore DENIED.

Next time Provide Fps, Pings and jitters it will be helpful for staff to sort out things easily. Thanks!
