Reason of reporting : custom weapon values (faster crouch bullet)

Extra : as AC staff might already know, the server currently uses a different weapon.dat file than the original, which makes the shotgun fire similar to stubby (first bullet is slower than it should be)
Anzal somehow loaded a different weapon.dat file (probably through legit modder) which made his bullets come out fast (and yes, this option works in 007, unlike in 006)
to note that this option doesn't make others fire faster in your screen, because 007 version removes your bullet trail and replaces it with a fake one to prevent ghost-shots and to "improve sync" (yes, this caused a shit ton of harm and no good at all)
in the video you can see Frewp trying to shoot like Anzal, however it's not possible without mods

could it be just 07 sync being messed up? maybe, because in frewp's video my animation seems messed up too although in my screen it was normal, however,
I've noticed this more often with Anzal, his bullets being fired at a way faster rate than everyone else
especially when i fought him in other servers like ctb,koth etc.. his bullet speed was abnormal and in my mind I knew he was using something because he was also banned from AC For hacks
So i agree with hunting on this report but still the evidence is too short
My apologies for commenting on this report since I'm not directly involved, but after reviewing the video from Hunting about Cyborg, I noticed some inconsistencies.
At the very start of the clip (around 0.9 seconds), Cyborg's shooting speed appears unusually fast — almost unrealistic. However, if you look closely at the player in the background (Nourish), his movements also seem faster than normal, especially when he turns and runs again. This suggests that the video playback speed might have been increased to around 1.15x or slightly higher.
Additionally, around the 0.59-second mark, when Anzal is shooting at Hunting, both Anzal's firing rate and Hunting's animation speed look unnaturally quick. Even the landing and sprint animations seem sped up.
Comparing this to another clip where Frewp shoots at Hunting, both players' speeds appear normal. But during the fight with Cyborg, Hunting's movement looks noticeably faster than usual.
Based on these observations, it's quite clear that the video playback speed was likely increased (around 1.15x–1.25x) to make Cyborg's shooting and movement appear faster possibly creating a misleading impression.
Overall, it seems this report might have been made with the intention of getting Anzal banned again from the server for an irrelevant or unjustified reason. I'd recommend that the admins review the video carefully before making any decisions.

1. in this clip i crouched and started shooting before hunting, yet you can see hunting crouched later and still managed to shoot, is that possible? even if his fire rate isn't faster, and our fire rates are the same, could hunting still be using hacks?

for 1st clip, i hit you with lead aim, common problem in 07
no matter how accurate you are, a lead aim will always hit
