Rule breaker's nick : [RT]Zeex
Reason of reporting :Close range & kinda admin abuse trying to protect his members

Evidence : first i reported [RT]Se1s (which is admin) he did cr against me even Zeex admited it was below 20 meters (idk from where because in the video we clearly see it is even below 15 meters, https://imgur.com/a/cD3RjP0 and he said "he not hit me so denied" but he still doing cr, just someone stealed his kill, Zeex did the same thing today, he did RPG below 18 meters for below me my HP, it still is CR not necessary he have to kill me https://youtu.be/W11QLboC53M he did it two or three times more against zeronex and snoopi.

For the initial report on [RT]Se1s, it was denied because his RPG didnt hit you or cause damage. Per our policy, CR reports are only accepted when damage is taken/given(for example - https://asian-city.net/index.php?topic=1078.0), so we would be contradicting ourselves if we accept such reports. But we do admit that it would have been a valid report if [RT]Se1s had killed you with the RPG.
The CR Report against ZeeX follows a similar pattern... the RPG did not hit you, the damage came from m4 bullets. ZeeX was prolly trying to lead aim and shoot behind you so it would hit if you ran backwards.
