Reason of reporting :cheats anti damage with molotov

Extra : he literally throws molotov in our both face, at the position he fall molotov had to damage him but instead of that not make none damage and after that he even stills running infront of the molotov and still without damage, this not is server bug because we can clearly see how i killed him with spas.
In the video provided by Son of Merary, when I threw the Molotov, the footage shows that it was thrown from my side. However, due to his low-performance PC, it appeared differently on his screen. The Molotov's damage radius was clearly centered around my position even tho when i throw the Molotov i have got damaged by his spaz ,yet when I later went to the same location, there were no visible flames or ongoing damage effects. Given this, it seems inconsistent that I would have taken flame damage under those conditions.So answering on his reports kinda waste of time.Even tho i can share you guys his jitter warns instead i have a better internet then him and calling me cheater or lagger.

Bro, you send logs of when the jitter killed me but the time doesn't even match the time in the video. In the video, it happened at 3 PM Pakistan time, and the logs you send saying the jitter killed me are from 11:00 lol https://imgur.com/a/QHWZxMy (in the video 3more says gg and leave same as those logs), so your stuff doesn't match. Even worse, because if I had been the one who threw the molotov at you, it would make some sense that my lag altered the molotov, etc., but it was literally a molotov thrown by you, right in your face, and in the video there is no sign of warping or lag, and still it didn't hurt you. We landed in the same position, so the molotov should have 100% hurt you. Also, you talk about me having a 'low-spec PC' and that because of that 'my game is ultra laggy' (according to you), so can you send a video of that exact same clip so I can review your perspective with the administration? Because what confirms that I was lagging? Or what confirms that you didn't use something?
Things like this happen sometimes in vcmp frewp, we can determine whether this a hack or not only if this situation happens multiple times for the same player. If he is constantly not getting damaged by molotov, then we admins can take action, otherwise one such situation is not enough to determine whether he is a hacker or not.
