I don't think I need to explain to ZeeX the poor mechanics of Vice City and VCMP.
On the video, you can see that although I'm trying to throw it as far as possible away from me (indicated by the arch and the length of the that arm stretching backwards), the molotov "hit" something and did not start to burn away from me.
This sometimes happens with molotovs hitting players and "bouncing" back at you, or with bullets hitting the molotov (sometimes you can even fly in the air by an unsuccessful molotov hitting a player/bullet).
In this case we don't know exactly the ping difference.
It could be that Knacken was around the spot where I threw the molotov but due to ping differences, it bounced back of him into me.
You can also see me clearly throwing the molotov away from me to the point Knacken was at a moment before.
Either way, I'm not an evader and I don't care about dying (it's ridiculous in my opinion, and obviously not worth the ban).
Oh, and it's a good time to quote my good friend Signature, who recently reminded me of the rules:
Any form of evasion, such as death, mute, or ban evasion, will result in punishment. However, certain death evasions, like using molotovs or grenades and dying to it, running towards water and drowning, or falling from a roof, are forgivable. Staff may still punish these actions if they are done repeatedly and intentionally.
in this case you already reported for the same, if we go to forum and search all reports about u are about molotov evade, so u are doing that repeatedly ocations and the staff know that

I don't remember the last time I was warned or banned for something other than CR RPG (as I don't death evade, it's not my thing).
Speaking of players with repeated rule breaking, reports and bans -
You're one of the most reported players around here with countless bans of all sorts (including death evasion).
I have no idea how they're letting you play again and again after so many incidents.
VC_PD3 is not a habitual evader(or he hasn't been for a while...) and he doesn't seem to be trying hard to kill himself there...
I'll give him the benefit of the doubt this time, Denied.
