Evidence : Clear CR RPG by Frewp. He uses it to knock players and then kills them "legally".

i though he would go far, and i didnt even hit him, if you have other clip u are free to upload of me doing "CR" and using it for "Knock players constantly"
I don't see any message where the user authorized you to report on their behalf, and since no damage was caused by the RPG, we do not consider this a CR.
