All administrators were already aware that Mark frequently teleported onto roofs all the time. While I was dueling Riggs, this player repeatedly killed me with an RPG while constantly changing locations. When I became frustrated with the RPGs, I began chasing him. He then hide inside the bank and logged in with another account to spectate and check my position.
In the video, it is clearly visible that the grenades were landing in different locations. The final grenade I threw happened to land near my position, which is why I ran from it. I did not pause my game at any point I had been actively chasing Mark for a long time as he continued teleporting and hiding in the bank. I threw grenades outside the bank in an attempt to let him out and being killed with it.
The bank is in a different world, and camping from the main world does not cause any damage or explosions inside the bank. Additionally, there is no rule that prohibits camping at the bank. Therefore, I will mark this report as denied, as I do not see any rule violation.
