I think we call agree based on past reports, that stat padding noob players such as Anseez is problematic.
But it seems some players still haven't understood the fine line between genuie gameplay and stat padding.
This time we have [Ac3]Irishka (Frewp) who abused Anseez to get insane sprees on this player.
As of this report, [Ac3]Irishka (I believe it's frewp) has already 2 long sprees on Anseez.
Him and Voldemort are the only players in the server spawning with Anseez at the mansion (frewp and Voldemort are on the same purple team).
This is pure stat padding.
Like Broly said: "you should avoid engaging with him unless there is a larger group fight and he is actively causing disruption."

Hello Administration, how are you? Well, for several days now, I don't know if anseez realized I was reported for killing him or not, but it all started after the previous report was closed. Anseez started chasing me and ssjznaker. Who can vouch for that? A few days ago, I went into a duel with ssjznaker, and anseez wouldn't stop bothering us. Here's the proof:

Even ssjznaker and I told him to stop bothering us, but he just kept shooting us with SPAs and harassing us. We had no other option but to kill him, unless we let him kill us, like vcpd wants me to, just because he's a noob. And I find it pretty funny that vcpd is reporting me for this. At first, I got in his car and defended him so you wouldn't kill him. Then, when you saw you couldn't kill him because I was there, you decided to be on spawn screen spectating 24/7. So Voldemort and I started killing him.
Then some player called Karolkarol from Northway came in wanting to kill me too, along with Anseez. Then you came in wanting to kill me and close my spree when I was at x60/x70, and all you did was give me kills to reach x169. I can upload the full video showing the three of you following me inside the mansion to kill me with spades, Molotov cocktails, and grenades. At no point was I following anyone or doing a GoTo for anyone. In all the kills, the three of you were chasing me to kill me. What was I supposed to do to make him let me kill me? Why don't you mention that in the report? When you came in when I was already at x60, wanting to kill me, and all you did was increase my kills to make the spree bigger, you don't mention that, do you? And if you say I went into the bank because Hunting was trying to get me to duel him after I did x4 on him, I don't know what the point of mentioning Hunting is, but okay. I'll upload the full spree video unless the staff asks me to; otherwise, I won't. In conclusion, Anseez just keeps trying to kill everyone and doesn't want anyone to do anything to him, and then players like vcpd or nobita come along wanting to report me as if they were even here, lol. And the spree wasn't just on Anseez; it was on Karolkarol and you, something you don't mention, I don't know why. Is stats padding going to kill you too?
and even mins ago ssjznaker and I went to attack Paigelove, and Anseez showed up out of nowhere at Loc Bikers to start bothering us (https://youtu.be/SCZqNitn5LA) as usual, and started shooting at us while we were doing big spree attacks on Paigelove. What's the deal with him being able to come and bother us, but then I can't kill him? In the end, it was only x60 or x50 on him. Then a Karol Karol showed up, and they both started trying to kill me at the mansion. Then, when I had x80-something, VCPD with Vicecityking joined to end my spree and just gave me free kills to make a x169 spree at the end i played 3v1 4v1 and he is accusing me of stats padding xd.

I apologize for messaging here, but I want to formally address the situation regarding Frewp. I have done my best to report his actions last time, but it seems that despite his behavior, no meaningful punishment is being applied.
As you already know, Frewp has a history of repeated RPG-related bans, many lasting more than 14 days. However, his most recent ban appeal—which contained no evidence and simply claimed the issue was a "duel disrespect" still resulted in his punishment being reduced from 30 days to 4 days. This raises concerns about consistency and fairness, especially since a duel disrespect claim should not override his habitual violations.
I have previously submitted significant evidence against him. Unfortunately, those reports were denied because, during the review, Frewp temporarily stopped targeting Anseez, which may have given the impression that he was not following or abusing anyone. Now he has returned to the same behavior.
Additionally, he has joined the server using his old account, which he previously used for stat padding against inexperienced players to increase his ratio. He consistently targeted new or weaker players whenever they were online.

It is clear that Voldemort was assisting him in this spree. You can verify this by reviewing the logs. If players begin copying what Frewp is doing following new players to farm easy kills then everyone will abuse the system to boost their stats with 100+ or even 200+ sprees. This will harm the server's integrity and discourage new players from staying.
In one of the images I am submitting, you can see that when Hunting joined the server, Frewp immediately ran to hide in the bank. After Hunting disconnected, Frewp came out again and resumed killing Anseez. This behavior strongly supports that he is intentionally stat padding.https://ibb.co/RGHDtSPr
I respectfully request that Broly or another administrator take appropriate action against this repeated stat padding involving Frewp (and possibly Karolkarol or Yuki from Norway, depending on their involvement). The evidence is attached.

I have to say Frewp made me laugh with his response.
He ignores my point of hiding in the bank when there's an actual threat to his spree on Anseez.
He was also worried that someone might record his stat padding on Anseez because it would clearly show him stat padding.
I will say again that the moment me and Hunting leave (only active players left), he immediately teleports for the mansion where Anseez respawns.
At that point, no one is active on the server except for them, which violates Broly clear instruction: "you should avoid engaging with him unless there is a larger group fight and he is actively causing disruption".
By the way, why would poor Frewp do that?
He's being chased and abused by Anseez who keeps killing him and haunts him :(
I thought Frewp wouldn't teleport to the traumatic location where he was a victim of Anseez's ongoing harassment and killing.
Also, if poor Frewp was disturbed by Anseezz who wouldn't let him duel, Frewp could easily find an indoor place that Anseez doesn't know, or even initiate a duel with the player he wishes to fight.
But Frewp didn't do all of that, because it's all lies.
AC logs don't lie, and Broly has already said his word about this.
