Extra :You can clearly see how he shoots me with an RPG from a distance of about 40 meters, and then again from 30 meters and below. There's no doubt about it — the shots are deliberate and perfectly timed, not random or accidental.
Evidence is insufficient and minimum range is 24 meters not 40 or 30.
