In the footage, it is clearly visible that the suspect's crosshair and shots are automatically tracking the "lag-position" of the target. As observed, the weapon fires precisely toward the direction the player is running, perfectly predicting the movement without any human error. This level of consistency in "leading" shots is indicative of an external auto-lead script/aimbot.
Two hits from a single fire
The weapon fires what appears to be a single shot, but the game simultaneously registers two rounds. This "double shot" is used to instantly double the damage output, exceeding the standard weapon rate of fire limits.
The most undeniable evidence is the bullet marks on the environment. Although the suspect appears to fire a short burst, we can clearly count six distinct bullet holes created in an impossibly short timeframe. This proves the fire-rate has been manipulated via a script or a modified ped.ifp/data file.
The images are so clear that slow-motion analysis is almost unnecessary. The "sudden movement" effect towards the target confirms that this is not something requiring high skill, but rather the use of third-party software.

I don't understand your purpose of accusing me here? I fight with multiple players on a daily basis, including staff members, never had a single warning or complaint.
I was fighting with jah, then you called me for practice, I agreed, I started off with low / medium sens, I then increased my dpi in my mouse software and went for high sens, which makes me more of a lead aim player as I've always been in my years of playing vcmp, I did this same exact thing with you a few days ago, when you were asking me for gameplay tips, plus CAPO was also present and we were practicing 1 by 1, why didn't you report me there and then if I was "hacking" according to you?
I clearly got the better of you during the practice sessions but I don't care or brag about these things, perhaps I should start recording my gameplay more often if players like you are going to start accusing anyone who makes spree on them lol
I haven't made use of any third party software, nor any of my game files are modified, all original.

I've seen this before and gave you the benefit of the doubt, thinking it was a bug. But it's game over now. There's no explaining away 'two hits with a single fire'.

as you can see in the 1st video above, I turned on my recorder and went through my game files & background apps, to prove there's nothing I've changed, replaced, or enabled, but the bullets were still showing as double, honestly I have no idea what's causing it, I didn't even notice it was happening until burak pointed it out, after watching back the footage from my side I managed to see what he's talking about, at first I thought he was just making random accusations and taking shit because I know that I didn't use anything.
I dont know if I should get banned due to a game bug that I'm yet to know what's causing it,
it doesn't give me advantage at all, I'm a low pinger with decent skills and good aim, still playing the same way I've always done, but if anyone can help me figure out why it's happening I'll be very grateful.

2-It's not that hard to hide a second GTA VC folder deep within the computer's directories..
3-You can clearly notice how the bullet count is decreasing

maybe you're speaking about these dirty tricks from experience or someone like frewp taught you, who's known to enable hacks everytime he gets owned, but I don't have time to hide multiple GTA VC folders or whatever crap you came up with there, hence I also showed my vcmp settings to make clear it's the same directory.
also yes I was already afk in the server so started recording the required content, didn't make much of it, but as mentioned, I'll redo it, no issues.

can you explain what hack you're seeing here bro? I think you need to work on your aim.
plus I've spoken to many players who said you're often unhittable, perhaps packet loss from your side.
