Also heard this guy already got banned before for sharing hacks, did y'all a favor by smoking his ass again.
he (obviously - based upon video) hit me first, his hit registered early in my screen (Due to his FUCKING INDIAN LAG he wasn't able to notice that) so my anim appeared to be glitchy on his indian lagger side
who hits first = gets up faster

Also, when looking at the video
he had shot spas bullets even before my bullets reached him, thats the reason "why" i stood up 1 second earlier.
No he wasn't lagging during that session, I've already checked the logs. Even if he was lagging, it shouldn't make you get up faster... all laggy players would be at a disadvantage if that was the case...
