The admins are already aware that I recently reported this player for repeatedly doing close range RPG in two separate videos, with around 20 or more. His continuous actions became frustrating, and as you can also notice in the reported video, he repeated the same behavior again, which forced me to evade, as shown in this video: https://youtu.be/6fRXFbP00vA
However, if my actions are still considered a rule break, despite him knocking me from approximately 12.83 meters away with an RPG (distance calculated with help from sycho007^), then I will accept the decision, because the rules should remain the same for everyone.

Also out of frustration I did /q because he was continuously kept doing CR and getting all of us knocked but I shouldn't have done the /q in that moment of heat, apologies for the inconvenience but i didnot intended to do it on purpose

Considering Pluz's history, he seems like a clean player with no record of repeated offenses. Based on his explanation as well, it appears that the continuous CRs against him caused him to rage quit in the heat of the moment. While that does not justify his actions, taking his record and explanation into account, I'm willing to give him another chance.
With that being said, a warning has been issued.
Also, please make sure future reports follow the proper report title format, as this one was not up to the mark.
