Reason of reporting : he was using Rocket in close Range as you guys can see it.

Evidence :in the first video as guys can see it he's using rocket but i got killed by molo but don't worry I've 2nd proof as well
in the 2nd video it's clear he used rocket and it hit me as well in close range and as a result my hp got lower and he killed me
Extra :
the first clip you provided doesn't show that he did cr while 2nd video provides that he attempted to cr with close range at the timestamps of 0:08 so for that he shall be punished.
