As you can see on your clip, once you spawn on the below part of the screen it says "Spawn Protection Activated" and his nickname is grey/black. It means that you have a spawn protection in another WORLD ID. He spawned a bit late, so 1 second of both spawns made you think he was teleporting or joining the walls. The report is denied.
