I have not received any reports from any player related to this until now. Some questions:
- Does it happen to you only?
- Do you have a clean GTA or you modded something?
- How is this reproducable?
- Were you having high ping or low fps when this happened?

I'm using Vice cry version with 3d graphics
i don't know but this only happens when gw choose that place as an arena
nope pings and fps are fine I use gaming laptop so fps isn't even issue for me

Can you try using original GTA once? There is a lot of problems that happen due to modded versions
