It seems like you provoked him by shooting him with shotgun and since you both are not friends it's definitely rage shooting then friendly fire so avoid shooting your enemy even if he's in same team as you, consider it a verbal warning, however that doesn't mean he's allowed to team grief by abusing a bug. So considering the fact that it's the first time he has been reported for team griefing offence that too by abusing a bug, I will issue a warning to the player, next time it will be a ban.
