First of all fix topic title and not sure but this guy pings and fps are fine but his lags in weird
I also noticed him in game. I was hitting him with spas and he was unable to knock down even with that less pings.
The issue is clearly a speed hack. With the speed hack, the player appears to be lagging or teleporting, but in reality, it's due to the increased speed via any third party tool.
