Extra : I believe this guy has been caught and banned previously aswell, clearly hasn't learn his lesson.
here's a few highlight moments from the vid to make it easier, 0:11 - 0:50 in this round alone you can see the amount of times I hit him clean, literally zero dmg and due to this, I even moved away at 0:43 to check his ping which was normal.
1:11 - aimflick during shooting animation, he's been caught using shotgun aimlock before
and the rest is pretty obvious, you can see the amount of times I hit him clean, and holy shit, I thought Santiago was unhittable, this guy is next level
