Extra : admins might think he was afk and i killed him but it's not, he was killed and spawned in the same moment, also if he was afk he wouldn't get killed until he gets back and will teleport to the original place where he went afk, he was also using speedhack, he admit he used it for "fun" i also told him alot of remove them but he ain't listening (sorry for the short clip, i only recorded him when he was using speedhack and hp hack, only recorded this moment)
We only work with evidences, which means that if you have a footage of him moving and not losing hp then we will take imidiate action. As you said, the given evidence is not clear, he could've been afk and maximized the moment you headshot him.
I ll give you 24 hours to find a stronger evidence or else it will be denied.
