Extra note: I didn't use any hacks in the game. A person named Arsal came to me and said that he would give me a file that would improve my aim assist in M4. He sent me the file, and then he asked if I wanted to use it in AC. I said no, I am an honest person and I don't use hacks. He kept insisting, saying that it only improves aim, so I agreed. I didn't even know what it was or how to install it. He made me install TeamViewer and then installed it for me. When I went into the game, I realized that it was aimbot hacks.
Then, I talked to Ibee and told him that Arsal had put something on my computer. Ibee said to ignore it, that these people are cheaters, etc. So I said okay and deleted all the hacks immediately and played the game. After that, I got banned, and I don't even know why. I didn't use any Aurora (hacks). I have all the evidence, and I can show it to you guys.

Why you didn't notify any staff of Asian city even after you got to know that it's hacks and you deleted them?
I thought that just talking to Ibee was enough, and I have also deleted the hacks
Firstly, Ibee is not part of the staff of AC so you should have informed the AC staff.
Secondly, I saw all of your screenshots. There is no such msg to did to Ibee about this Arsal guy. You just mentioned that you killed Burak.
Edit: Ibee himself confirmed that you used his named unduly.Thirdly, from all of screenshots, you did not show signs where you were reluctant to use these hacks. You were having fun with him after you found out that you can use this stuff.
AC has a very strict policy against Aurora users. Since you came out with everything, shared the chat and accept your mistake and you do not have a hacking history previously, I will accept your unban app on the following conditions:
- Since this file was used from your PC so you are the hacker. Punishment will be given
- You were not pretty much reluctant and your chat showed that you were satisfied with the file, your name will stay in the Aurora Users in Webstats.
Ban time reduced to 25 days.
