Don't compare your report with this one. I don't even know who is this guy dickpractice. But I have posted 2 to 3 screen shots of his pings and the screen shot was of the same time his pings were stable. I haven't seen him killed by jitters even once.
The screenshots are from another scene, you keep lying even the admins can review the logs, and they are not in the same time as your video, also the jitter problems usually cause a lot of confusion and more in the 07, that the animations are bugged, the ping of ssjznaker has gone a little bad these last days and here is some proof of it https://ibb.co/5Ws9f6V
