I have uploaded a video showing part of my gameplay, which proves that I was playing normally. I understand that you have provided other clips as evidence against me, but I ask that you review them carefully. There are always factors that can affect gameplay and make things seem unusual, such as:
Ping and desync, which can cause movements and shots to appear unnatural.
Different playstyles and reaction times, which may sometimes be misinterpreted.
Server mechanics, where certain situations can make legitimate actions look suspicious.
I request that you take a fair look at all the footage again, considering that what may look like cheating could be caused by other factors.
2- My History and Commitment to the Server
I have been playing on this server for a long time, and I am fully aware of the rules. While I have faced bans in the past, I have learned from my mistakes and have not used any illegal modifications since returning.
If you believe I repeated the same action, I kindly ask for a chance to prove otherwise. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding or a misjudgment of the situation, and I am more than willing to clarify my side.
3- Willingness to Cooperate and Continue Playing Fairly
I am not just asking for an unban—I am asking for a chance to prove that I am a fair player. If you believe extra monitoring or conditions are necessary for me to stay in the server (such as playing under supervision for a period), I am completely open to that.
My only goal is to enjoy the game with my friends and other players, without ruining the experience for anyone. I sincerely hope you will consider my request fairly.
4- Request for Reduced Ban Duration (If Full Unban is Not Possible)
If you still believe that the ban was justified, I kindly ask you to reconsider the duration. A 40-day ban is a very long time, especially since I did not intentionally break the rules. Perhaps reducing the ban duration could be a fair compromise, serving as a final warning rather than a complete lockout.

It clearly shows your head popping after you die which only happens in vcmp when the game is modified, there's no point in lying here.

You can either keep lying or admit your mistake and apologize for a ban reduction. The choice is yours.
