I would like to add additional note to this report.
This guy with alias 54321 is already banned for hacks and today he ban evaded.
His past nicks are Crystal and cyka and sometime uses nan_maker so please investigate well

We confirmed it's not crystal so I will proceed on issuing ban for evade only.
