I wasn't recording but as soon as he started CR RPG, I took many screenshots of the event. Eventually he killed using an RPG from 23.99 meters.

The minimum range for rpg is 24m, but I think 23.99m is almost 24m only 0.01m difference.
Also its one time offensive so I let it go this time. Next time if he try to cr he will be banned.
