He claims it was a server issue, but the situation in my video is different from what he showed.
In his clip he is shooting anzal and he is not taking any damage which could possibly be lag or desync but in my clip the behavior is consistent and only benefits him during combat situations. If it were a server issue, it would likely affect multiple players randomly(thats what I think) not just one player repeatedly surviving fights where they should clearly be killed like it happened TWICE when he rolled and then when I knocked him he didn't take any damage in both cases. I'm reporting this because the damage inconsistency appears selective and gives him a competitive advantage. Please review both clips carefully especially the timing of hits and health behavior.

Brother yeah its a server issue i think, when i was fighting with frewp this happened, and i dont have evidence because my recorder was off.

This is a server issue and it does happens quite often the other day i was dueling burak and same thing happened to me and some days ago same thing happened with flykid1. I was able to knock them out but after that my shots didn't register even i was less than 10m close to them with shotgun

This is probably a desync that happens in some scenarios, you need clearer evidence for hp hacks. Feel free to report again if you get strong evidence.
