Hi, I didn't mean to do any death evasion, cos I've been experiencing lag, which he also knows as shown in the chat log.
When I got knocked down, I had already accepted my death. That's why you can see I was just moving my mouse and not using wasd keys.  and I didn't try to stop you from killing me.

I don't have any video proof, but I can provide the chat log. I accept any punishment if this is still considered death evasion, but again, it was not intentional

You had a ping issue with you a long time ago then it got fixed but you evaded the game pass or then you went into sensitivity so you don't get a kill

Coming to the report. nobita's example video supports ridwan's innocence because you can notice that the [mr] guy stopped moving for a while which is obvious because he paused his game, whereas ridwan was constantly in movements yet not getting the damage for a while supports the fact that he might be facing lag issues as he normally does. lag apart from fps and ping can be defined by packetloss as well, so I am considering this a common lag/packetloss incident. Hence he won't be punished for death evasion.
