In this clip you can clearly see he is teleporting with stable ping I've been playing this game for a long time, and I know that sometimes lag happens. But now, whenever I fight with him lag occurs. I've seen a lot of players with lag due to their ping, but you can check his ping and it's stable. Still, the player is teleporting from one spot to another.

You did not include the ping, FPS, or jitter information for either yourself or the other player in any video except the third one.
