Why should we unban you?:
I wanna apologize for my recent actions (d.e) on this server. I understand that my behavior was inappropriate and against the community guidelines. I take full responsibility for my actions and deeply regret any disruption I may have caused. I have reflected on my behavior and have learned valuable lessons from this experience. I am committed to adhering to the rules and contributing positively to the community. I value the opportunity to be part of this community, which has been a source of growth and learning for me. To ensure I do not repeat my mistakes, I will carefully review the community guidelines and make a conscious effort to align my actions with them. Its not his first time he got banned 2 to 3 times for evading and now he did the same...Also he was abusing me in pm for reporting him keep him banned.

First, you are not admin and shouldn't be writing here, you have broken a rule yourself here.

Yes, I acknowledge I was banned from the server 1 time earlier too, this was my second time which could indicate at my justification for posting an appeal to be unbanned.If I intended to repeat the rule break, I would have prohibited from posting an appeal here. Everyone breaks a rule or two and it's okay to get punished for it. But the ban is quite too harsh. You also broke a rule by writing here when it's supposed to be an admin-only place. You should be muted on forum for breaking this rule too. Third, during game, you did evade one time by throwing molo at a short wall and it reflected towards you. Yes, I don't have proof because I don't have 100TB of space to record everytime and we'll ignore it. The point, just because I don't have evidence does not mean you're a 'perfect' player. You just broke a rule by replying here. You have to no right to interfere in administration decision. Let admin handle the report themselves based on what they believe--whether a chance must be bestowed upon me or should I be deprived of one..

I already explained why I evaded in that appeal so I will explain the reason of evading here--on this appeal specifically. I did /q because this guy was playing from an alternate account using a non-recognisible name and a lot of folks who play with such name either turn out to be some ban evaders, hackers or rulebreakers. This dude was having quite fast moves than normal (I am not accusing him of speed hacks) so I got the wrong idea he was probably a ban evader and during fight his molotov, a couple of times, was thrown a the short wall seperating the road between the mansion and the grass ground, reflected onto him which resulted in him dying and it happened at least 2 times. It gave me an idea that this guy is probably not a serious player and deliberately breaking rules to provoke me. I, instead, used /q to counter-provoke him. But I had no idea dude was recording and he was gonna take missing-one-kill so serious (whilst robbing two of mine) and going all the way to get me banned to feel satisfaction instead of having fun and chilling. Plus he broke a rule by replying here when it's supposed to be an admin-only place. That alone should be enough to ban him from posting or unbanning me if you don't wanna ban him.

Now it's upto you. I promise I will stay away from doing /q for a while. Unban me fast so I can help my noob friends when they are being attacked.

The justification provided is not entirely satisfactory, as mere suspicion of hacking or ban evasion does not warrant death evading against them. Although the appeals come across as insincere and somewhat troll-like, I am willing to consider the possibility of you changing your behavior. Therefore, I have decided to reduce the ban to three days.
