Extra : First of all you can see how Fulton drowns zer0nex for no reason, I guess it was because of some kind of CR (it's impossible, if you look at the Radar you can see that zer0nex is quite far from him, and anyway I had already killed him with m60, and if in that case it had been close range( it wasn't ) the best thing wouldn't be that I was going to report?,  his administrative level is not so high to take actions on his own, he spends his time doing CR all the time and no one makes him drown. After the clip in which he drowns Zer0nex you can clearly see how he is using RPG in close against me. It seems to me a total abuse how he drowns other players when he does CR all the time lol

I see nothing wrong with drowning someone for CR. In fact, he was too lenient for not issuing an RPG, especially when moderators are allowed to do so. Please avoid making false reports.
