This is a follow-up of the report I recently made:
https://asian-city.net/index.php?topic=962.0

Reply to Umar (since he locked the topic before even giving me a chance to make my move):
I don't use Discord, neither do I intent to. Nor am I obliged to make a profile just so we can have Order & Jutsice in this beautiful community of ours. I'm also sure Broly made a seperate space (this forum) exactly for this reason. (but this is just my "IMO")

Rules are rules.

Tell your reason for denying my report here (based on the written codex of the server), else - I'm making a PART 3 for u specifically.

I have sent you a PM on the forum. Kindly have a look into that

Quote from: [RT]UmaR^ on Mar 29, 2025, 01:51 AMThe report was denied because the account SpicyCurry has been identified as your underalias account. In AC, impersonation reports are only applicable to main accounts, not underalias accounts. Since you were using SpicyCurry to hide your identity, an impersonation claim on this account cannot be accepted. If it had been your main account, the report would have been approved immediately.

We are sharing this reasoning with you privately to ensure your privacy is maintained and to prevent others from becoming aware that SpicyCurry is your underalias account. If this explanation resolves your concerns, you may respond to my reply in the report, and I will proceed with closing it. However, if you have any further questions or require clarification, please feel free to reach out.

Additionally, while you have the right to disclose this matter publicly, doing so would necessitate a public explanation from AC management regarding the nature of SpicyCurry as your underalias account and the reasons for the report's denial. This could compromise your privacy, but in such a case, we would have no alternative but to provide full transparency. The responsibility for this disclosure would rest with you.

We appreciate your understanding of this matter.

Best regards,
AC Management

No, it's not my underalias. It's a roommate of mine, with whom we share the same wifi connection, even the same PC (may I say) due to economic poverty reasons. If you have a problem with that - send me a couple hundred dollar bills via PayPal (bitcoin accepted as well) to get him his own gear & call it quits, or just add to the rule-book that "Differentiating identities via in-game account passwords alone IS NOT ENOUGH. Get ur own separate gear, u poor fucks." But seeing how such a rule is unlikely to get implemented due to:
#1 - Making no sense to enforce such a rule, since a simple in-game account password & the account's unicode character contents should be more than enough to differentiate identities when it comes to "impersonation" problems
#2 - The majority of VC-MP's playerbase being poor fucks like me and Spicy, whom are sometimes even forced to share the same connection and/or computer.

I still don't understand where that just came from, what difference there is even if it was my own underalias, & what weight it holds against the fact that one is from Bulgaria ("SpicyCurry39") and the other is from Pakistan ("spicycurry7."). And also — A trademark is a trademark. It's already claimed by my dawg & I'm being paid dividents for protecting him on his behalf here. (since he is busy away with other areas in life)

The only reasoning I'm seeing here, is that you're playing favorites & trying to defend the one who already admitted his actions in public, in the in-game chat — [RZ]GoatZilla

Blatantly denying such a report like mine (without even a promise of a warning) would mean y'all agree that anyone is free to cunt around and abuse with already claimed trademarks. (even if their owners aren't around). That's like me going around as "ULK.KingKong" (an old player from the past) just because he ain't around — ofc you'll have any still-active associates of him protect his image & reputation.

Otherwise — Might as well just remove the impersonating rule so I can join as "[RT]CuntmaR" (or as "[RT]UmaR°" with a " ° " symbol) and shit all over your hard-earned established image & reputation :) Makes no sense, right?

P.S. I'm not out here cutting heads (a simple warning to the impersonator would do for me); but neither am I willing to accept bullshit, especially from staff members.

Hey Kyber, I understand your concern, but "SpicyCurry7" (Bulgaria) and "spicycurry39." (Pakistan) are clearly distinct usernames with no intent to deceive. Impersonation involves a deliberate attempt to mislead others, which is not evident in this case. Additionally, VCMP usernames are not registered trademarks, nor is there an official system granting permanent ownership of a name format. Underalias or newly created nicknames do not carry an established reputation within the community, meaning their usage does not cause harm. However, impersonating well-known players, clan tags, or respected figures with the intent to mislead or damage their reputation is a serious violation and will be dealt with accordingly. In this case, without clear intent to deceive, there is no basis for administrative action. Therefore, this report is rejected.
