What bug: Unable to teleport after calling out jah for a man to man duel, but he decided to rq before the duel request could reach him

Steps to Reproduce:

• find jah or some noob
• /duel jah 20 1$
• tell the player to rq and you will not be able to teleport
• reconnect because devs are busy creating Studio Ghibli pictures instead of scripting
