The video contains frequently shown ping and jitter from both his side and my side. It's really strange that he doesn't take damage despite having 140 ping and 0 jitter, and me having the same. And I'm not the only one who thinks this. In the video, you can see that the players I was playing with were also saying that no shot had any effect. At 00:08, you can clearly see me knock him down and hit him three times in a row when he had 10 health, and they didn't do any damage. I even thought I had killed him and started healing, but nothing. After that, my partner and I both shot at him, and none of our shots had any accuracy. At 1:10, you can see that after he was knocked down (after several shots between two people), even on the ground, I had to hit him more than three times to kill him, and by then his character was almost standing up, lol. Frewp, I checked the logs and it looks like you had ping spikes multiple times during the exact time of this recording. So this cannot be considered a valid report, and it's also clearly visible that he was lagging badly only in a few instances, where you probably had the ping spikes.

Feel free to report him again if you get more evidence, and I'll also keep an eye on him for possible lag tool usage.
