Extra : I would like to propose a rule that no vehicles should be allowed inside interiors. These areas are tight and have limited space, which makes it easy for players to spam vehicles to avoid death or evade opponents.

Spawning vehicles in a combat zone already falls under the "glitching through cars" rule, which states that spawning a car with the intent to use it as a shield is prohibited.
Jah will be warned for this.

Spawning a car in a combat zone with the intent to use it as a shield or for cover is prohibited. This includes using a vehicle that you or other players have parked by driving it to the spot or via '/getcar'. However, using a default server-parked vehicle for these purposes is permitted.
