It makes everything grey / black&white EXCEPT the players' blips (they still colorful), which makes it easier on the eyes and better tool for deathmatching.

Couldn't find a server with enough players to show it in reality, so imma use MS paint to give you an idea of what it is like:

Well the map might look a small change to you but trust me it requires some mathematical calculations. The radardisc is a small change and it was added in pink due to the theme of AC.

Hey Kyber,

The radar disc has been updated to match the server's theme. However, changing the entire radar would require a lot of work, and while we may consider it in the future, it's not currently a priority or something we feel is necessary at this time.
