Extra : His ping was low as mine, yet direct hits from RPG didnt affect him. Moreover, when he got "hit", he simply jumped once he got hit (suspect for auto jump).

Suspecting for autojump is something else. Will keep a look for that. Otherwise, for jumping, it was clear that he did due to which he was not knocked. For this, I think it is not enough to punish him.
