He's not using anything, you have custom palms and trees. The default tree/palm is a bit thick, the custom objects you have cause some problems regarding it.

well. it could but if you observe the video i used spaz as well when he was near tree many times blood spill out and he didn't lost single hp :/

Yes, blood spills out because in your screen you are hitting him. But on his that he doesn't have those custom palms he's not getting hit. You are hitting the palm

Hope it does clear your thoughts @Sanam , try to reinstall your game without using such a custom palms/objects, it could affect the gameplay this way badly.
