Reason of reporting : Seems like breaking rules is getting fun for him he was using rocket in close range and day by day his offences are getting increase previously he was warned for using rocket in close range but he don't learn from his mistakes

now he have used rocket in close range again i believe he deserves at least 2 weeks ban as he did used rocket in close range many times

just observe how many times he did that with rocket so I'm expecting from admins to give him rocket ban as well as 2 weeks ban from server so he can learn his lesson
