Extra : Check from the beginning. He jumped down, then was fighting one of our guys and then he ran away and death evaded in our radius.It would have been alright if he did it earlier but we were in his area already.

This is not an evade and it is an okay thing to do, Domek. He probably wanted to leave the server for personal reasons, so he moved away from the combat area and quit, which is fair. If he had quit while he was still in combat, it'd have been counted as an evade.
