Admin nick: [RT]Nashai^IV

Your nick: VC_PD3

Reason of reporting : Death Evasion

Date : 20/05/25

Evidence : https://streamable.com/wghxr0

Extra : I was dueling [RT]Nashai^IV and I used a molotov that was deadly - the player had been hit and was about to die for sure quickly. [RT]Nashai^IV decided to throw a remote grenade and even ran towards it in order to death evade my deadly molotov hit.

Oh yeah the "pro" player famous for spamming RPGs in close range  reported me for death evade. Just to be clear I didn't even notice his "deadly" Molotov touching me. I had enough HP to survive my own grenade but unlucky me I died to it. instead I made a mistake and im fine with facing the punishment unlike some others who keep breaking rules and hide behind the classic "honest mistake" excuse every time.
And not to forget my record is clean when it comes to rule breaking

You didn't notice your HP was dropping quickly?
I thought you're a pro player who has ultimate skills and 360 degree situational awareness.

You were 1-2 seconds from dying by my molotov, and you used your remote grenade and ran towards it.
Players who don't death evade run away from molotovs and grenades when they throw it - exactly for this reason.

You chose not to do that.

By the way, if you didn't notice your low HP and still used a remote grenade carelessly so close to you - that's also a problem.

We will let admins decide.

Any admin to take care of this report?

Hello VC_PD3,
Hope you're doing well.

I've reviewed the report regarding Nashai's death by his own grenade. Before proceeding further, I'd like to reference the relevant rule:

QuoteAny form of evasion, such as death, mute, or ban evasion, will result in punishment. However, certain death evasions, like using molotovs or grenades and dying to it, running towards water and drowning, or falling from a roof, are forgivable. Staff may still punish these actions if they are done repeatedly and intentionally

As noted, there are several variables involved in such cases. Accidental deaths from molotovs or grenades, unintentional falls, or not keeping track of HP. Because of this, these actions are typically only punishable when done repeatedly and intentionally.

Since Nashai has not done this action repeatedly and hasn't previously been reported for similar actions, I will mark this report as denied.

Thank you
