- He had been banned from ViceWar
- He had been banned from VCDC 6
- He was caught using hacks in EC/FunVice/AC in past, several evidence is also available, can provide if asked.

The evidence is MORE than ENOUGH to get him PERMANENTLY banned from AC because he's been given chances after chances but he never learns.

Imma be honest with you (talking to staff), AC staff has always disappointed me with their unfair decisions where I'm 100% right but now if this report is gonna be denied aswell then I have no choice but to criticize the server more, Broly has been a good brother to me, I respect him for creating a good server and I hope he'll make the right judgement for this report, even a child can tell that that's a proper hack. If GerZ is banned permanently now, then I will have nothing but respect for AC server (even though there are more things to settle down, not only this case)

and for your knowledge in 0.4.7.1's AC the punch animation gets stuck most of the time, it's not the same as 04rel006 especially because of the modified shotgun animations, and in close-range fights getting stuck is rarer in this version than 04rel006 in AC

this uncut duel of me and vatan is a great example, 2:30 in 04rel006 i'd usually get stuck punch for fighting him that close, but because of 0.4.7.1 and AC it's rare ( punch animation played slightly after that incase the clown says i used hacks)

Yes, you can also see the evidence GerZ has provided in my support, you can definitely see the difference in his POV that he's posted and the POV that I have posted of a few of his videos of War from his channel, so the hack is probably done via Aurora or you can see "Legit Modder" which has a "replace wep.dat" option which can be toggled on/off with specific button / manually by opening up the menu or the old fashioned way of injecting via Cheat Engine.

like I've stated previously this happens most of the time in close range fights in 0.4.7.1, Admins can watch anyone's videos and find the same shit, it's nothing special.


He claims the reason i get punched in the war he posted clips of and sometimes i don't is because I use aurora to enable/disable punch, which is hilarious considering the server detected everyone who used aurora, yet he thinks i would use it, just a hating clown nothing else,


@Admins my evidence is clear and simple, Now you have two options

1 - believe this clown and ban me for something that occurs in 99% of players's gameplay even after seeing my POV of getting punched in the same fight

2 - Deny this report/add me on watchlist and I'm willing to open my recorder before joining the server till the moment I leave whenever I play, because like i said I have nothing to hide, that way whenever someone reports i can just post the full gameplay.

The report is currently under staff review. Regarding the criticism or claims like saying I don't play AC or encouraging others to do the same these things hold no relevance to us as staff. They have no effect on how the server operates or how decisions are made. That said, we're always open to constructive criticism when it's genuinely aimed at improving the server, not advancing personal agendas.

look at how many times i managed to shoot without triggering the punch animation even in super-close range,

I haven't tried this in 04rel006 tbh but i realized in 0.4.7.1 punches sync way less when it comes to close range fights and they're mostly buggy

I have to clear that I DO NOT discourage people from playing AC server because I don't need to, It was not only a part of my personal choices to avoid playing the server, but also the bad experience that I have got,

The biggest question was raised when — This guy, GerZ had used Wep.dat modifications in AC, then not only HE denied to accept that he was the guy that used hacks but instead put the blame on Yuki because he joined with VPN from Netherlands, trying to be smartass so that admins do not find that it was him, everything was clear – but the reporter got banned instead of the person who actually used the hack, tell me what does a person has to do with showing his identity when he's trying to report and SPECIALLY when the evidence is SO CLEAR?

It is technically LEGIT and I have the right to criticize a server when I have the right evidence at right time, which I do 100%, nothing personal again. I can go in detail about this but I don't wanna go off-topic, consider it a friendly boycott from me because I want this server to improve and the staff to be decisive and unbiased.

2nd one: You have to shoot the far guy with M4 without activating the punch animation, BUT Again – You must be very close to a guy, like me here.

If the punch animations DO NOT work for you then you can upload the video here, and then you can simply just deny my report, 100% no issues. BUT if they work, then you should know that this guy is using a hack 100% and you HAVE to ban him.

You should be very close though, the punch animation will activate and you will punch the opposite player 100% without any problem/issue.
