I would like to add this video here as well, since we both have the same regard. At first, He killed me and reconnected suddenly, I didnt record that moment,,, after that, He did the same thing again.. and i recorded it. Its look like He found a new way to avoid being killed by others..

The jump from the roof could have been because he was confused after spawning there and saw many players shooting at him. It might have been an accident. Also, we have a rule stating that this is forgivable for first offenses:

However, certain death evasions, like using molotovs or grenades and dying from them, running towards water and drowning, or falling from a roof, are forgivable. Staff may still punish these actions if they are done repeatedly and intentionally.

Regarding Sherlock's video, that isn't considered death evade. If he had reconnected while someone was standing there and about to kill him, that would be death evade. But reconnecting after killing someone isn't, because no one was around him to kill him at that exact moment.
