Hello, I want to clarify what happened in the report. I admit that I killed a player with grenade while he was inside a building, but it was a genuine mistake. It was my understanding that the rule only applied to weapons such as RPGs or flamethrowers, and I did not remember that it also included grenades. I had no intention of abusing the system or gaining an unfair advantage.
I accept my mistake and I commit myself to respect the rules so that it does not happen again. I'm waiting for the response of the management team, if you have any questions, as I already clarified in the staff section, this is the second time that I am reported in 14 years.

We've reviewed the video, and it clearly confirms that Niko used a wall glitch. However, based on his perspective, it doesn't seem to have been intentional, it looks like he may not have realized it was a rule violation at the time.

That said, in order to maintain fairness and consistency across the board, an in-game warning has been issued for the rule break. This action is limited to gameplay conduct and does not reflect on Niko's administrative role.
