Literally you can clearly see in your own video that I throw a grenade on you and and it was hit by your m60 which deflected and came again to Me.
These types of incident happens with everyone,even with the admins aswell,
I have never been reported for these type of incidents.

Let me quote the rule regarding death evasion through methods other than pausing or quitting. It clearly states that unless the act is repeated frequently, no punishment will be issued for occasional incidents, such as two or three times in a day. Mistakes like these can happen unintentionally. However, if a player consistently exploits this leniency, the consequences may be more severe than a standard death evasion ban.
